Cosmic Quench Jelly
ACT III. THE DELUGE
A hydration jelly for drought, damage, and post-ordeal recovery.
A flood that remains.
FUNCTION
Drought is not dryness alone.
Drought is a boundary that cannot hold what it is given.
Cosmic Quench floods the vessel.
The wall is rebuilt.
Moisture is stored.
Resilience returns.
Indications
Cosmic Quench is chosen when:
- The vessel feels tight, thin, and depleted.
- The boundary is compromised by over-exfoliation.
- Recovery is required after procedure.
- Retinoids have made the wall unstable.
- Dehydration persists beneath oil.
- The Rite requires a serious flood, not a light offering.

The Deluge is performed after The Quelling.
A measured layer is laid over the boundary.
The jelly is pressed into place.

A Warning
Do not apply the flood to an unclean threshold.
Do not confuse sting for function.
A damaged wall does not require punishment.

Poseidon
The Patron
The Deep does not belong to mythology.
Mythology belongs to the Deep.
Names survive because the body remembers what they point toward.
Poseidon is the name placed on the current vessels.
Not as decoration. As an index.
A marker for the force that governs this Rite: water, pressure, stillness, and the law of the boundary.
What is called “Poseidon” may later be spoken of without a name.
The patron remains either way.
